excellent stay with great location, safe surroundings, and plentiful breakfast. Exceeded expectations and far better than previous stay in Parma.
Shabby interior design.

I had read about this hotel in the May 2011 issue of Bon Appetit. It was a little pricey for what we received. The room was clean and simple and had the best shower we used while in Italy, but the room was nothing special, especially considering the hundred euros we paid per night. Location to downtown Parma was excellent; only a 10 minute walk with an excellent gelateria along the way! Free parking and free internet (not wireless though) was the biggest draw.

Staff was friendly and we appreciated our stay. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Would return anytime, if in Parma.

Very nice and clean hotel. Small relatively close to the city center but well served by buses. Visitors can park just in front of the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast used to be richer a couple of years ago, excellent reataurant, strongly reccomended for dinner!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was great - just a short walk to the historic center, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing enough space to work or relax after a long day. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

This hotel has left me feeling like I was right at home. The staff, who are a family themselves, were incredibly helpful and kind. Silvia went above and beyond to find two excellent options for me to visit medieval castles near the hotel. The best hot chocolate I have ever tasted was served by Mrs. Laura at breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Cocchi, is truly amazing. The tagliata and zabaglione were absolutely marvelous. The location of this hotel is excellent, especially for those traveling by car. They have plenty of parking spaces available. The bathrooms are comfortable, and I particularly loved the shower box instead of curtains.
All was sufficient, nothing to complain about.

This hotel was about a 1 mile walk to the city center or you could take a bus, so it was very convenient. It was on a very busy round-about, but was very well sound proofed, therefore traffic noise was not a problem.
